€15The BBQ Mini-Competition is a yearly event organised in Mechelen.
Its the perfect moment to get in contact with the Belgian Calisthenics Community and maybe join your first ever competition!
The competition is a sets&reps competition accompanied with a big BBQ with the whole community.
Be sure to be there!
Challenge:
The challenge is a pyramid set with push ups, pull ups and box jumps (20 or 24inch).
Goal: complete the challenge in the shortest time possible
