Are you ready to push your calisthenics skills to the limit and prove yourself in the world of static moves and combos? The Barbenders Static Cup is here to bring together the calisthenics community together for one of the biggest indoor calisthenics competitions in Belgium.

This competition is not just any event; it’s a passion project crafted by the calisthenics community and endorsed by experienced athletes. We understand the dedication and commitment it takes to master static moves, and we’ve created the Barbenders Static Cup to celebrate your skills.
💪 Male and Female Categories
Get ready to shine in one of two categories: male or female. Regardless of your gender, you can showcase your strength and finesse in the static discipline of calisthenics.
🏋️ Male Category: Intermediate and Advanced Levels
For the gentlemen, we’ve divided the male category into two levels to ensure fair competition: intermediate and advanced. This means you can compete at the level that best represents your skills and experience.
📹 Registration Requirements
To secure your spot in this exhilarating competition, you’ll need to submit two 30-second videos featuring your best static moves and combos. The upload link will be shared with you after you registered for the competition. This link will be send to you by mail. Be sure to check you spam mail! This is your opportunity to impress the judges and the calisthenics community with your prowess.

15/11/2023 – Registrations Closed – Thank You, Athletes! 🙏
We’re blown away by the overwhelming response to the first edition of the Barbenders Static Cup! 🌎 With over 89 registrations from 14 different countries, the global calisthenics community is shining bright.
🚹 80 men and 🚺 9 women showcased their incredible skills, making this competition a true celebration of strength and diversity. However, with only 48 spots available (24 Advanced, 16 Intermediate, and 8 Women), the competition is fierce.
Now, our judges are hard at work reviewing each submission. In about two to three weeks, we’ll reveal the selected athletes. Stay tuned for the results, and thank you for being part of this extraordinary journey! 💪✨ Stay Tuned
